Windows 95 build performance

Hi, Can any one help me out with the performance parms for building a NewEra 2.11 application on Windows 95. This app has 50+ windows but it takes forever to build it. I have updated the buffer=60,0 and FILES=80 in the config.sys. The build is being carried out on a pentium 100Mhz machine with 32Mb RAM??? Thanks Ravi.
