running process as another user

Hi Guys, Listen to this one. I've a billing system comprised of many programs. The end result of one program leads to the data needed to do the following. Whenever I'm finished with a program, I'd like for the statistics to be updated 'high' for the table in which data was inserted. However, the user running the program does not have the necessary privileges. How can I run the update statistics high as user who doesn't have privileges. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Austin
