Question about ER queues

Informix V11.70.FC2 Sun Solaris 10 All, I have a question about Enterprise Replication queues. I use ER with 11 source instances and 1 destination instance. If I issues the cdr list server command from one of the source instances I see the following output. It seems to imply that there are loads of entries in queue for the destination instance ( called bo_rep_group ) in this case. uxpifx04:/home/informix $ cdr list server SERVER ID STATE STATUS QUEUE CONNECTION CHANGED ----------------------------------------------------------------------- admin_rep_group 110 Active Connected 0 Jan 18 11:43:37 agd_rep_group 40 Active Connected 0 Jan 18 11:43:37 bo_rep_group 30 Active Connected 120550692 Feb 8 13:04:50 boa_rep_group 120 Active Connected 0 Jan 18 11:43:37 cms_rep_group 50 Active Connected 0 Jan 18 11:43:37 euromarc_rep_group 10 Active Local 0 mp_rep_group 20 Active Connected 0 Jan 18 11:43:37 nice_rep_group 170 Active Connected 0 Jan 18 11:43:37 pub_rep_group 140 Active Connected 0 Jan 18 11:43:37 rcd_rep_group 80 Active Connected 0 Jan 18 11:43:37 rcdrec_rep_group 130 Active Connected 0 Jan 18 11:43:37 search_rep_group 90 Active Connected 0 Jan 18 11:43:37 However if I go onto the destination instance and issue the same command I see the following output: uxpifx02:/home/informix >cdr list server SERVER ID STATE STATUS QUEUE CONNECTION CHANGED ----------------------------------------------------------------------- admin_rep_group 110 Active Connected 0 Feb 8 13:04:51 agd_rep_group 40 Active Connected 0 Feb 8 13:04:51 bo_rep_group 30 Active Local 0 boa_rep_group 120 Active Connected 0 Feb 8 13:04:51 cms_rep_group 50 Active Connected 0 Feb 8 13:04:51 euromarc_rep_group 10 Active Connected 0 Feb 8 13:04:51 mp_rep_group 20 Active Connected 0 Feb 8 13:04:51 nice_rep_group 170 Active Connected 0 Feb 8 13:04:51 pub_rep_group 140 Active Connected 0 Feb 8 13:04:51 rcd_rep_group 80 Active Connected 0 Feb 8 13:04:51 rcdrec_rep_group 130 Active Connected 0 Feb 8 13:04:51 search_rep_group 90 Active Connected 0 Feb 8 13:04:51 How can I found out what this large number of queued items relates to? How can I find out if this is a problem or not? Thanks Andy Grantham.
Try doing cdr list repl on bo_rep_group ... see if it is one replicate or just all of them. Better be cautious here cos loads of things can start to fill up (120 MB in the queue so far ... then out to cdr_qhdr and cdr_qdata ... then when they fill all sorts of fun)
DOH I meant do cdr list repl on the server where you see the large queue for bo_rep_group JJ
Look at the queues are both ends, are you seeing ris/ats files being generated ? Is the queue increasing ? MP rule of thumb the problem is usually the target Cheers Paul > Informix V11.70.FC2 > Sun Solaris 10 > > All, > > I have a question about Enterprise Replication queues.
