Anyway Billy was a common urchen in these environs who vanished a while back. Now someone is claiming to be him. Not me I have enough trouble claiming to be me. (Just try to convince a draft board that you have a nickname as your legal first name, your last name rhymes with a particular kind of roll popular in the New York, and you misspell your middle name altogether!)
