Hi
When running an sql as : dbaccess dbname mysql.sql > out
The rows becomes columns, if the text is more then 80 columns wide. ( see
below)
How do I change this limit. I have tried to play with the stty ROWS in my
env.
Thanks

There is no way to change this limit!
I also had the problem and called INFORMIX support.
They are not willing to call it a bug, so they won't change it.

You cannot. There is a package in the IIUG Software Repository that
can reformat the output or you can use UNLOAD with an AWK or PERL
script to get the results that you want. You can use dbschema or a
select from syscolumns to a file to get the column headers. Once you
work it out you can can it as an executable script and life is easy.
