We saw following error:

then we ran oncheck and saw for one of the tables:

ERROR: Tablespace 0x6005b7. Page 0x128 appears to be of type "btree",
which is out of sync with its bitmap representation (0xc).
ERROR: Tablespace 0x6005b7. Page 0x12e appears to be of type "btree",
which is out of sync with its bitmap representation (0xc).
We also saw:

1. Anybody has any suggestions ? I checked various things, but I
couldn't anaylse it much myself because I was made aware of this issue
late and now all I have it information that I posted in this post. I
am not sure why we saw so many errors.
2. I do know that we were running deletes and update stats at that
time. Could it have been because of btree thread. We have one btree
thread running.
3. Do we need multiple btree threads ? How do we determine the right
number.
