Problem with 7.2SE on Linux HELP

Hi I am running Caldera Linux 1.3 and Informix SE 7.2 for Linux. Everything
works except when a client exit such as dbaccess, 4gl, etc... the sqlexec
client process become "zombie" and eventually makes the process table full.
The only way to kill these "zombies" are to shutdown the sqlexecd daemon.
Please help me. Thank you.

Known bug. Fixed in a glibc port, but that probably won't help you
unless Caldera 1.3 has glibc, which I think it does not. There are
some alternative workarounds in the IDN web site, in the Linux and
D4GL corners (don't ask why).

Just in case you aren't a regular, the complete URL for the IDN web site is: http://www.informix.com/idn -- Jonathan Leffler (jleffler@informix.com, jleffler@earthlink.net) Guardian of DBD::Informix v0.60 -- see http://www.perl.com/CPAN #include <disclaimer.h>
