upper limit on extents

Does anybody have a script that can determine the upper limit of extents as described in the Admin Guide ? It's easy for me to do on a table level, but I get stumped when doing it on a fragment level. I would need to find the Physical Address on the fragment that contains the most number of extents, or possibly on each and every fragment in a table. Thanks. You only need to find one. Zachi
