Pretty strange looking. No I/O bottleneck(if there was the scan thread
would be waiting on the I/O, not MC1), not waiting on a lock or a checkpoint
and plenty of CPU resources available. But the primary thread just sleeps.
Something with the priority of the oninit processes maybe? Try re-nicing
them. Just a guess..
