IBM Informix Dynamic Server Version 11.50.FC8W2
Redhat Enterprise Linux 5
I have a server that is running in standard mode with 1 RSS attached. I
can I do the following without bring the engine(s) down
On standard
onmode -d primary <rss name>
on RSS
onmode -d secondary <primary name>
I'd like to be able to keep the engines online
Are you asking if you can do that while both instances remain online? Then
answer is yes you can. If you are asserting that, I don't know where the
question is?
