Imported Restore using Onbar

Does any have any information on doing an imported restore using onbar? I have the docs for onbar, but they just have one paragraph on the imported restore, in which they say that onbar allows it as long you use a whole system backup and restore to accomplish this. What I need to know is how to restore this to a different system, do I just do an "onbar -r -w [-t time]" to restore the database on an identically configured system?
