Yes and no. The 2 GB limit applies to individual files/tapes. If you are dbexporting to
tape and specify a size of 2 GB ('dbexport -t /dev/rmt/0m -s 2048000000' - not quite 2 GB
but close), after writing 2,048,000,000 bytes to the tape, dbexport will prompt for another
tape.
