Can you supply the code, or the relevant code segments? 2. What exactly doe not work? Does the open fail? Does the close fail? Does the fetch fail? And when does it fail? Right away, after something ... Is the cursor successfully opened and a single fetch works, but the cursor does not stay open?? Not liking to answer a question with a question, I'll give you an answer that is probably wrong due to not lack of information: There isn't a reason that I can think of that using a cursor to feed data to a report should work in 5.X and not in 7.X. Does anyone else have any thought, while Hans is getting more data for us?? -----== Posted via Deja News, The Leader in Internet Discussion ==----- http://www.dejanews.com/rg_mkgrp.xp Create Your Own Free Member Forum
