So you're saying that the statement "After a thorough testing period evaluating performance, reliability, scalability..." really means, allowing the vendor to 'show his wares'. You don't feel that MCI did the benchmarking? At least they would have been there watching over things, don't you think?. Still if MCI were putting their company at stake, they would want as much of an impartial, honest evaluation as is possible.
