I-connect

I have loaded I-connect for W95/NT. I am wondering if this is a 16 bit or 32 bit drivers. I am thinking that it is 32 since they call setnet32.exe to set everything up. But I have a vendor telling me that it is a 16 bit drivers. Anyone know what is going on? Thanks
