Stuart Litel, IIUG President Elect for 2004 says:- " We need to understand that IBM will not advertise Informix products, so please get over it. Just because Informix is not advertised, that does not mean it is dead, after all we all have a job using Informix, so how can it be dead? " Is he on drugs or what?? If IBM is not interested in selling that, what does it say about the future of the product. Does anyone need a better proof that Informix has no future. Today IBM is not interested in selling. It is just a question when they will cease development also. After that !!! IBM's mendacity about Informix is so palpable that only a sucker will believe that they have any interest in keeping this product alive. The sooner we all get out of informix, the better for us.
