It looks like your logical logs are corrupt. You need to speak to tech support about that, they MAY be able to help, or you are faced with a restore. Also, your demospace1 dbspace is down. Do the logs reside in this dbspace? Have you checked the H/W subsystem for problems? It could just be a missing disk at the H/W level.
