HELP!!!! Migration from I-4GL to New-Era

I'm having problem (very slow) migrating our Hospitality application on Informix-4GL-RDS to New-Era. During the demo, every thing looks fine and in order for our needs. But when we started work, it was hell. It took us sometime to be comfortable with New-Era (10 weeks after a 9 days training). Problems kept coming up during our programming (big and small). Our current Informix support staff helping us, attended the same training class as us, but he is helping us the best he can(great job). Is there any migration software out there that can make our job easier or our life longer? Or anyone having problems like mine and can help (big or small they are most appreciated). We have till end Dec 95 to complete our application on New-Era and we have done like 10%. Regards KC
