missed flag "B"

Hello, we have 2 IDS 9.40 on Win in HDR. Newly created dbspace/chunk "test" has flag "B" on 4th position on Primary The same dbspace/chunk "test" on Secondary created by HDR doesn't. Interesting isn't it? Does anybody have explanation of such thing, please?
