Help, please

The matter is I'm confused with DECLARE CURSOR. Before I've done the similar script with that without a problem. Now when 7.2.3 version was installed on the RA Informix doesn't want to understand DECLARE at all ;o( The most interesting is I can't execute CURSOR on the old machine("shadow") Well, could you take a look on my script although I've checked it carefuly with Informix Manual or may be we gotta call in Technical Supprot of Informix?
