IFF there is sufficient room in the remaining logical logs to record the event,
you can archive the logical logs which may free enough log space to allow the
rollback to complete, and at least you should be able then to add more logical
log files.

Setting up a DR database and doing testing. Due to a netbackup error, all logs
were filled by a test program. The program has been killed from unix. I
reserved space in the log dbspace but can't add a log (onparams -a -d llogdbs
-s 25000 just hangs). THe instance is in checkpoint block mode. Would like to
know how to recover from this in case it happens in production someday. Any
help will be appreciated.
