Hey Phil White, your technology ain't that great! Ever look at what XPS lacks? How about that support? So, why did your eleven (11), yes that's eleven, employees leave? Is this a statement about Informix as a place to work? Certainly must be some underlying reasons there! Philosophical irreconcilable differences? Certainly can see this happening with one or two employees, but eleven, en mass? Based on support experiences and timeliness of delivery with Informix promises, was that the whole development lab? Who cares whether their product is better than yours, or yours is better than theirs? With all technology, there are trade-offs with both. What customers really want is to transact business with a solid company that projects a positive image of its worth and employees and keeps its promises. Drop the suit and publicly apologize. You shouldn't be going after people! If Informix is so great, this should not even be a setback, right? Instead of paying attorneys, pay your people to keep them.
