You have two issues. 1) Who's going to accept your article to publish 2) Who's going to give you the most non-current IDS customer eyes? (Outside of Oracle's DBA magazine of course. ;-) The point I've been trying to make, much to IBM's dismay is that you need to publish in *other* than IBM centric mags/sites so that you can get on the *radar* of non-ids DBAs. You get 1000 new set of eyes looking at IDS, you might get 2 new customers. That doesn't seem like much but if you're a good writer, in the right mag, you never know... And if you do this enough times... ;-)
