Hi everybody, We made an upgrade from ONLINE DS 7.23.UC3 (sparc models class C solaris 2.4) to IDS 7.31.UC2-1 (sparc models class D solaris 2.6) and a 4GL upgrade from 4GL 6.05.UD1 (sparc models class C solaris 2.4) to 4GL 7.20.UD7 (sparc models class D solaris 2.6). After the upgrade 4gl-forms using "database formonly" didn't work anymore. The program produced a segmentation fault error and wrote a core. Can anybody help me? Thanks Carlo Haller, igss luxembourg n.b. extract of the syntax code that produced the error: in the MAIN: ... define dspdate date ... let dspdate = today display dspdate to formonly.titdate ... in the 4gl-form: database formonly screen { ... [d1 ] } attributes d1 = formonly.titdate type date, format = "(ddd) mmm dd, yyyy"; end ...
You did not state - did you recompile the forms using the 7.20 form4gl? Art S.
