Ok, I'm the original poster of this thread -- so let me just clear up our license status. The reason we have two on-line licenses is that we have a 16-user development license, and a 65+ user run-time license. It's cheaper to get this than to get a 65+ development license. My only question (answered, I believe; though not tested) is that we don't *really* want to run both copies, just one, but run the one with <16 developers and >65 run-time users. It sounds as if (in the current release) there's no user limit checking, so we'll just run one server.
