Does the end user process have any Informix code embedded in it? Is this written in the terms and conditions of the contract or just what a sales type is telling you? If you had a bunch of remote offices with PCs doing data entry to a local DBase3 application, and then batched updates of a central Informix database, would they expect you have a license for each remote user? If they *are* serious, Id suggest you check out the Microsoft NT SQL server. Joe Matuscak Rohrer Corporation 717 Seville Road Wadsworth, Ohio 44281 (216)335-1541 Matuscak@Rohrer.com
