First of all you need to come up with a list of requirement for what you are after. With the possible exception of Paradox which I do not know, the rest will all work. I would think the more important questions are going to be: 1) Cost 2) Support 3) Existing in-house skills 4) Target platform 5) Target application restrictions. For example, Oracle Financials is only available with...Oracle. Armed with your list of important questions and answers you will be better able to make a decision.
