max raw chunk size

Hello Informix Gurus, I am considering the purchase of a 9 Gig disk drive on which I would like to create a single raw 9 Gig database for images (blobs). I am running Informix v5.0 under HPUX v9.05. Will I be able to do this? Does the blob page size or other parameters affect the maximum chunk size? Thanks in advance for any and all help (sorry if this is a naive question). Osama Mawlawi
