You will lose the transactions which occurred after the
'ontape -s -L 0' if you do not back up your logfiles.
You will be able to restore only till the point when the level 0 archive
started.
You might want to back up your logical log files as well
using ontape -a or ontape -c (continuous if you have 2 tape drives) to
ensure complete recovery. Then you can restore from your level 0 and then
replay all the logical logs for complete recovery.
