c4gl vs. d4gl

Can anyone tell me the main differences and addons from c4gl to d4gl? For which platforms is d4gl designed? Are the applications only client-server-based? Can we re-compile our under c4gl designed code under d4gl without changes? If answer = "yes" Can we run the d4gl-applications in telnet - sessions without any GUI? else In which way is it possible to run d4gl-applications, if our company have only vt-screens? end if Will d4gl-applications running in X-window - Sessions or over MS-win with odbc-driver?
