NE 3.00.TC1 Problem

Dear Friends, I would like to know that is there any body who is working on NE 3.00. Actually i am able to install the product in Client-Server environment but when i try to compile any application it exits with the message "Error faced in populating the repository" By any chance if anybody is working on NE3.00 then pls get back to me that how can i go ahead with my application compilation.
