IDS 9.40 FC9 AF type: CRASH

My instance crashed and I extracted output showed below to show you the general error. I talked to IBM support and they said that it's memory leak common error in version 9.40FCx. They said that I have to move to version 10 as the only solution, because this error type is not going to be fixed for version 9.40.FCx. Any advices? I really appreciate them, because it's not possible to do it as fast i can expect.
