Urgent question re: replication

at our organization we are replicating 3 instances cross country using HADR recently whill adding some tables and making some schematic changes to the database the replication failed. What sort of changes can you make to a primary server, or better yet what sort of changes can't you make without causing replication to fail? In that case on the secondary you should prepare device/file with the same name before you will add chunk on primary. Then your transaction will be replicated through logical log to the secondary successfully. > causing replication to fail?
