All the noise about all the noise! I love irony. As one who HAS posted for applicants before (as an Informix partner -- not a body shopping head hunting unethical know nothing recruiter), and who DOES read the rest of the postings here, and who has ANSWERED postings on the net when I needed to use bang addresses to do so, please allow me my two cents. IMHO: I would not mind a predetermined format to allow filters to work. This would be the best and easiest course to follow. If one of you who minds the stuff so much would appoint yourself keeper of the protocol and send a single, polite email message to all first time offenders, I am sure that things can be tamed.
