Alert regards incremental backup (L1, L2) with large number of sblobs

Hi Informix Enterprise user, I believe it is my duty to point out defect DT462130, as it leads to a server status of 'Blocked:archive', which can only be resolved by a 'hard' restart of the server. DT462130 description from Support: "The defect is about an incremental backup (L1, L2) may cause extended archive blocked status when the server has a large number of sblobs." The defect was created by L3 Support after we opened a case and reproduced this Bug under 14.10.FC10 - but will exist at all higher versions, too. So, my recommendation to prevent further stress is to not use the incremental L1/L2 onbar backup if you have a higher amount of sblobs in different SBSpaces until the defect is fixed.
