permissions issue on Windows Server 2008 R2

I have a server running Windows Server 2008 R2 on an IBM blade server that is running IDS 11.70.TC3IE which is never able to finish the update of sysmaster. It has Informix and the Informix Admin group on it. I try logging in as Informix on the box and also as Informix on the network domain. No joy running “oninit” either way. Any ideas? If informix user id starts with uppercase that might be your problem. =

Sorry. I actually login as "informix". There is no problem logging in. It is just that onit errs out and will not init the sysmaster. I don't know what problem that may be in future.
