Informix 4GL Compiler for NT?

I have one problem: when the 4GL program is compiled with "4GL compiler for Windows" and program is launched on Windows NT (with p-code runner for Windows), it crashes when mouse cliks on the program window anywhere, except menu buttons. So, how to solve this problem and make 4GL programs acceptible and "mouse friendly" on Windows NT?
