Informix Security Lockdown

Hi All, I am currently in the planning stages of securing my informix database server (ids2000 on hpux 11.00). Ideally what I'd like to have is a simple maintenance screen that'll allow our security administrator (who has NO real sql or unix experience) to (by point and click?) grant/revoke users connect privelege by database. Does anyone know of any informix or freeware utilities that will allow us to do this? Or any other easily implemented solutions?
