7.31 4GL- _efrgetkey function

Hi chaps our main app has a set of c lib functions, one of which is a get_keypress function which is essentially a wrapper round a call to internal 4gl function "_efrgetkey" - now we've gone to 7.31, it ain't there no more (strings *.sl shows it in lib4gsh730.sl but not in lib4gsh731.sl: in previous versions of 4gl, it was in lib4gl.a). I know the nice people at Informix provided 4gl function fgl_getkey but there's some manipulation done in our libs in 'c' with the returned value that means it doesn't work the same. Pluse there are oodles of 4gls calling this function (where oodles >= 100). Anyone got any clues as to whether an alternative direct call is available? Ta Malc
