Search an object within a database

Hi, Is there an easy way to search for a specific object within the database ? For example, I need to find where a specified function is being used throughout the database (in views and other SPLs). I wrote a simple select statement to run against systables to find a specific column name. But I'm stuck with this one. Anyone can help me ? Thank you.
