The database on the 735 is open to : the public. Marty, our manual for I-Net/I-Star gives the following advice for this situation: If you don't have an account on the server machine with the same login, use someone else's account on the server by adding an appropriate entry in the file ".netrc" in your home directory. Example: Client machine "CLIENT", login "infuser1", Server machine "SERVER", login "infuser2", password "mypasswd": On CLIENT, user infuser1 has the following line in his .netrc: machine SERVER login infuser2 password mypasswd This is, of course, a security problem since the password is readable in the file. You can circumvent this by adding the line CLIENT infuser1 to infuser2's ".rhosts" on SERVER. Then you don't need the password entry in infuser1's ".netrc", but this may introduce other security problems.
