Translating with DrWatson… this can take a few seconds the first time.
This is a genuine, complex translation. DrWatson protects commands, error codes, and log output while naturally translating the surrounding text. It’s translated once and saved.
Sobha Rani Cheruku asked how to change the page size of an existing dbspace. Tilman Model-Bosch, Martin Fuerderer and Jonathan Leffler all said it is not possible; page size is set at creation. In IDS 10 you can create a new dbspace with a bigger page size and move tables, or back up, empty, drop and rebuild the dbspace.

Hi every one ,
How can we change the page size of existing dbspace ?
If possible , what is the command used ?

No it is not possible.
In IDS 10.00 you may create a new dbspace witgh a bigger pagesize
and then move the tables from one dbspace to the new one.
So it is possible to have dbspaces with different pagesizes
in one IDS instance.
Hi,
as far as I know, this is not possible.
Only during dbspace creation can you set the page size
for that dbspace.

Martin

Succinctly, you can't. You'd have to backup the data from the
dbspace, remove all the objects from it, drop it, and rebuild it with
the new desired page size.
