Yes, I am busy going through them. But there are many manuals and I thought I might have skipped one specific to BLOBs. I am looking at the sysadmin manual. There is also a reference to and ESQL/C programmers manual which I do not have.

Look in the OnLine Admins Guide for info about blob spaces (beware, IUS has smart blob spaces as well as blob spaces).
