NT Service and Informix On-line Workgroup Server

Hi, I have a NT program that can run as a service and console app. It connects to an Informix Workgroup Server 7.12.TC5 via Intersolv CLI 2.5 ODBC driver. When run as a console app, it connects to the database fine, but when run as a NT service, the SQLConnect() ODBC call returns this error: SQL State: S1000 Message: [INTERSOLV][ODBC Informix driver][Informix]Unable to load locale categories. I have set the two system environment variables INFORMIXDIR and INFORMIXSERVER in Control Panel (not user variable, I know that). What is the cure? Thank you --Michael
