Informix 7.12 Ontape problem 100 Percent done.

I have just installed 7.12 on Solaris 2.4 sparc 20. Running ontape this morning it displays 100 percent done and just sits there. Nothing that I can find in the release notes refers to this. Neither does the Guide to 7.1 Feature enhancements. Does anyone know what one is expected to do? Press Interrupt. Keep waiting? Go to Lunch?
