Neil Truby asked for the SE equivalent of onstat -V to show licence details. Michael Krzepkowski found dbaccess -V and sqlexec -V display the version. Obnoxio The Clown and Paul Watson suggested sqlexec -V (or -v) in the INFORMIXDIR lib directory. No dedicated licence command was named.

Does anyone know if there's an equivalent SE command to tbstat/onstat -V to
display the licence details for a SE installation, or where they are held
otherwise?
Sorry for the RTFM-type question, but I don't have an M, or even an
installation .....
It's for a "friend"

sqlexec -[v|V] should work. At one time I seem to remember it was
case sensitive
