ODBC driver availability

Hi, is an ODBC driver for Informix available as a separate entity? The info I got from Informix Germany is that it is only available in the ODBC pack from Q+E Software. I'd like to find the Informix ODBC driver as a separate product since I don't need all the other drivers in the pack. Question to the Informix development guys (or is this appropriate for marketing?): Why is Oracle supported by so many other software vendors and Informix isn't? For example, you get an Oracle ODBC driver free with MS-Access.
