Relationship between Êche read and bufwaits parameters

Hi, I'm study onstat -p output and I have one question: somebody know the best relationship between Êche read and bufwaits parameters? Because I don't found too much in the performace guide, only Êche read must be grater than 90%. Thanks Paola
