NewERA and IE5 I_openh.exe errors

When we upgraded several PC's to IE5, we started getting i_openh.exe errors. We are being told by our third party software house that we cannot run IE5 and NewERA. I think thats a joke. Does anyone know if this really a NewEra issue. The NewERA we are running is 2.2 Gary Quiring
We have several NewEra applications (3.10 and above) and they work just fine with IE 5.0 installed on the PC's (I am assuming that you do not have some fancy integration between IE and your NewEra apps - they just happen to reside separately on the same PC). Just like you, these NewEra apps/development environment were there when we upgraded to IE5. Although we do not support any NewEra 2.x applications, I would think it is unlikely that this is a NewEra issue (it may very well be an IE or Windows issue...). Hi Gary, We have both runtime and development machines running with NE 3.11 and IE5 installed with no problems at all.
