Cold restore with ltapedev nul

I have informix 9.40 under windows 2000 and i'm trying to make a cold restore of an informix database where LTAPEDEV is set to nul . I'm using onbar with CA brightstore storage manager software . I want to restore a level 0 backup , without the point in time option so i should not need the backup of logical logs . Does anybody can help me ?
